Nurture & Thrive

At Nurture & Thrive, we want children to feel good about learning again and help parents feel supported in the world of neurodiversity.

-
We believe in understanding our brains better so we can build on our unique strengths, understand ourselves better and create our own definition of success to truly thrive.
-
We want to open hearts and minds to understanding the power of cognitive profiling to better understand how all our different brains work, especially the enormous untapped potential of our neurodiverse community.
-
We believe in building self-belief by understanding (and accepting) ourselves better and not being defined by the education system.

We focus on helping children who are struggling to thrive in education because of SEN. However, we believe in inspiring and empowering all children to maximise their potential through understanding more about how their brain works.

I’m Charlotte, a specialist teacher, school leader and mum of 3 children (two with SEN) and I care deeply about getting education right for our children.
Although I started my career as a corporate lawyer, I have worked in education for 15 years now. I have worked in both state and independent schools from class teacher, to head of various departments and latterly in senior leadership. Through both rewarding careers, and becoming a parent, I’ve learnt that the most important thing in life is to have the confidence to live by your own definition of success.
I want to help people find their own definition of success educationally, professionally and personally by better understanding their natural talents and how their brain works.
Welcome!
