About

I’m Charlotte, a specialist teacher, school leader and mum of 3 children (two with SEN) and I care deeply about getting education right for our children. 

 

Although I started my career as a corporate lawyer, I have worked in education for 15 years now. I have worked in both state and independent schools from class teacher, to head of various departments and latterly in senior leadership. Through both rewarding careers, and becoming a parent, I’ve learnt that the most important thing in life is to have the confidence to live by your own definition of success.

 

I want to help people find their own definition of success educationally, professionally and personally by better understanding and maximising their natural talents and how their brain works.
